Job Description:

  1. Scope of work proposed to be handled:

Service Partner will handle all voice calls from Flipkart (FK) customers, required languages are Hindi and English

All agents shall fluently speak, write and comprehend in English, and Hindi.

Criteria:

  1. Excellent communication in English
  2. Fresher & Experience / Graduate & Undergraduate both can apply.
  3. Experienced candidates must have minimum 1 year documented experience in any customer service

BPO/SALES/MARKETING/HOSPITALITY/AVIATION/COUNSELOR)

  1. Males and Females should be Comfortable working in 24/7 shifts.
  2. Six days working/ rotational off
  3. Immediate joining
  4. Training is paid / mandatory to clear certification post training.
  5. Candidates must have own device(Laptop or PC) & Wi-Fi.
