While a leader at Washington University, Pieria founder and President Dr. Rakish Natarajan was a critical innovator of technology-enabled solutions that allowed for processing and interpreting the near-overwhelming amounts of data created in “osmic” analyses. Responsibility:

  • Handling recruitment operations for the talent acquisition team, which includes making calls and scheduling the potential candidates for interviews.
  • Working on interview follow-ups with the candidates and hiring manager & sharing online tests with the shortlisted candidates.
  • Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks.) and uploading the profiles on the Bamboo HR (HR hiring tool).
  • Maintaining databases and the candidate’s pipeline.
  • Taking end-to-end ownership of TA-related projects that will improve the overall efficiency of the team and learning all the aspects of HR recruitment.

Skills:

  • Certification in human resources, management or similar.
  • Proven experience in an HR role.
  • Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of labor laws and practices.
  • The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
  • Must be approachable and helpful.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Good ethical judgment.
