Design, plan, manage and execute the entire employee life cycle initiatives to ensure employee productivity, engagement, performance, retention and experience are delivered for smooth functioning of business in a zone / geography.

Align, balance and drive therapy & geography specific people agenda with rigour & passion to deliver the people metric in the region.

Single point of contact / go to person for the field staff.

Accountabilities:

  •  Ensuring resource planning and right talent onboarding in the given region for across therapies
  • Managing the onboarding and induction of new joinees to acclimatise them to the organization and ensure they have the requisite skills and tools to successfully perform their job
  • Ensuring implementation of the performance management system (PMS) to drive performance driven culture
  • Plan and implement the training and development roadmap to enhance employee capability
  • Plan and implement employee engagement activities to enhance employee retention
  • Advising business with need-based solutions on employee matters
  • Managing HR operations as per timelines and SOPs for process efficiency
  • Manage Employee Relations in the given region

Education Qualification:

PGDBA/MBA – Human resources

Relevant Work Experience

  • 6-8 years of HR generalist experience
  • Managing employee size of 300 plus
  • Experience of having managed small teams
