Accountabilities:
- Ensuring resource planning and right talent onboarding in the given region for across therapies
- Managing the onboarding and induction of new joinees to acclimatise them to the organization and ensure they have the requisite skills and tools to successfully perform their job
- Ensuring implementation of the performance management system (PMS) to drive performance driven culture
- Plan and implement the training and development roadmap to enhance employee capability
- Plan and implement employee engagement activities to enhance employee retention
- Advising business with need-based solutions on employee matters
- Managing HR operations as per timelines and SOPs for process efficiency
- Manage Employee Relations in the given region
Education Qualification:
PGDBA/MBA – Human resources
Relevant Work Experience
- 6-8 years of HR generalist experience
- Managing employee size of 300 plus
- Experience of having managed small teams
