The inside sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process for the US market. You will close sales and meet targets.
1. Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads
2. Reporting to the business development manager and updating the CRM reports
3. Understanding customer’s needs and identifying sales opportunities
4. Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information per email
5. Keeping up with product and service information and updates
6. Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers using CRM software
7. Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
8. Staying informed about competing products and services
9. Researching and qualifying new leads
10. Closing sales and achieving sales targets
Note: The job will start with a probation period of 6 months at our Mohali office, during which the salary of the candidate will be Rs 10000-15000/Month.
- Excellent English communication skills
- Should be very competitive and a good listener
- Experience: 1+ years
- Motivated and well-spoken inside sales representative (voice process) to join our sales team
- Should have a high-school diploma/graduation degree
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office CRM software such as Salesforce and calling software like Five9/Hubspot
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills
- Strong listening and sales skills
- Ability to achieve targets
- Freshers with excellent communication are welcome

CTC:3 – 3.5 LPA (All fixed)
Shift: Night Shift (8 PM – 5 AM)
Location: Work from home (initial training at the Mohali office)
