An exciting opportunity exists for lively and motivated Wait Staff. Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager our Wait
Staff are responsible for setting dining areas, serving our delicious South Indian and Sri Lankan cuisine and extensive range of wine and signature cocktails.
Combining your passion for hospitality and proven experience, you will work within a highly dedicated team to ensure the
ongoing success of our brand through the following key responsibilities.
Friendly and engaging with all customers in a sincere and energetic manner.
Attentive when taking orders and noting all dietaries and relaying that to the kitchen,
Demonstrates proper service techniques and maintains them throughout.
Has broad knowledge of the INDU menu with the ability to explain menu items to customers.
Identify, meet, and satisfy the customers’ needs and expectations.
Suitable candidates with the following skills and experience are encouraged to apply:
· Excellent customer service skills and ability to understand and respond to individual guest needs.
· Highly developed communication skills.
· Experience in section waiting to a very high standard.
· Ability to work quickly and safely with minimal supervision.
· Ability to multitask under pressure.
· Ability to work as part of a dynamic team and independently.
· Ability to think on your feet and under pressure.
