Job Description:

A front desk clerk represents the first point of contact with the clients of a business, hotel or doctor’s office. They perform essential front desk administrative duties including answering phone calls, greeting clients, and overseeing the office budget. Also known as a front desk receptionist.

Responsibility:

  • Answer any questions guests have.
  • Answer the phone and direct them to the correct place.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
  • Check guests into and out of the hotel.
  • Take care of any needs the guest has.
  • Schedule transportation for guests.
  • Create a memorable experience for the guests.
